Hannold Associates and Hannold Management teamed up once again to deliver this ground-up fitness facility through a fully integrated design-build process—tailoring national brand standards to meet local market needs.

With over 30,000 square feet of space, Crunch Mechanicsburg balances franchise consistency with site-specific design solutions, resulting in a gym that feels both familiar and fresh, corporate and community-focused.

Designed With Intention, Built for Growth

Our design team worked closely with the franchise owner to optimize the layout for high-volume usage while maintaining clear member flow, zoning, and experience-first planning. Every detail—from structural framing for equipment to the rhythm of entry and exit—was considered for efficiency and scalability.

This location features:

    Carefully choreographed zones for strength, cardio, HIIT, and functional training, with sightlines that improve wayfinding and flow.

  • Enhanced Group Fitness Studios
    Acoustically treated rooms for Crunch’s popular group classes and Peak programming, equipped with lighting controls and A/V integration.

    Multi-use zones that adapt to class overflow, pop-up events, or future programming adjustments.
