Hannold Associates was thrilled to design the interior fit-out for Cielo Studio Suites, a premium beauty and wellness studio concept at 4033 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg, PA. The project transforms a space into a modern, fully equipped launchpad where stylists, estheticians, and other beauty professionals can own their craft—and their schedule.

Client Vision & Concept

Cielo Studio Suites offers more than just a studio—it’s a professionally designed space tailored for independent beauty & wellness professionals who want flexibility, luxury, and support. The mission is to empower entrepreneurs to build their own business brand without facing the burdens of high build-out costs, complicated utilities, or lack of shared amenities.

Design Highlights & Amenities

Working closely with the client, Hannold Associates delivered a fit-out that balances functional beauty with comfort. Some key features include:

  • Premium Studio Suites: Each suite includes quartz countertops, solid wood cabinetry with soft-close hardware, and a premium backwash chair system. Large window suites are also available to bring in natural light.

  • Comfort & Convenience: The design includes a spacious breakroom, on-site laundry amenities, and free high-speed Wi-Fi.

  • All-Inclusive Utility Approach: Utilities such as electric, water, heating, and cooling are included—eliminating extra bills and letting professionals focus on their craft.

  • Flexible Terms & Support for Growth: Offers that support early-stage business owners include up to two weeks free rent to help with startup costs like a styling station. Also, one free week of rent per year for rest or emergencies.

  • 24/7 Access & Security: Professionals have 24/7 access to their suites, backed by security features. This provides flexibility and independence to serve clients at times that work best for each suite renter.
