Camp Hill Plaza offered strong location advantages—high traffic counts, nearby healthcare institutions, and ample parking—but its exterior design had not kept pace with today’s tenant expectations.

Our team led a comprehensive façade redesign, focusing on:

  • Simplified rooflines and updated parapets

  • Modern signage bands and tenant branding zones

  • ADA and pedestrian accessibility improvements

Now open at Camp Hill Plaza, santāl skin is a full-service med spa that offers a curated range of treatments—from facials and injectables to microneedling, laser therapy, and wellness-focused skincare.

Their high-end brand required an equally refined physical environment. Our renovation supported their vision by delivering:

  • A clean, contemporary façade aligned with their minimalist, natural aesthetic

  • Improved glazing and lighting that elevates the storefront presence

  • A professional exterior backdrop suited to high-end wellness and personal care services

With over 1,000 Google reviews and growing community loyalty, santāl skin has helped anchor the revitalized center—bringing regular foot traffic and destination appeal to the plaza.
