That’s exactly what we helped deliver at 3201 Market Street in Camp Hill, where an old CVS Pharmacy was transformed into a multi-tenant commercial property now home to Dental365, AFC Urgent Care, and Oola Bowls.
Through a full exterior redesign, space subdivision, and select reuse of existing building elements, we turned a single-use shell into a high-traffic, high-utility space tailored to today’s healthcare and quick-serve retail needs.
From Big-Box Pharmacy to Functional Multi-Tenant Site
The original structure—a freestanding CVS with a prominent corner lot presence—offered strong bones, but limited market potential in its original form. Our team was brought in to reimagine the site from both a design and real estate value perspective.
We worked closely with the ownership team to:
Redesign the exterior architecture with clean, modern materials and branding opportunities
Divide the interior into multiple leasable units with dedicated entry points
Coordinate infrastructure upgrades including new utility splits, HVAC zoning, and restrooms
Reutilize the existing drive-thru window for use by a new food and beverage tenant

AFC Urgent Care
Built to meet medical code standards and patient flow optimization, this suite includes exam rooms, reception areas, and lab-ready infrastructure.
Oola Bowls
This health-focused eatery now occupies a corner suite—with direct use of the former CVS drive-thru retrofitted for grab-and-go service, perfect for smoothie bowl pickups and digital ordering.
